WADANDI TRACK half day scenic E-Bike tour - Margaret River

- Duration: 4 Hours (approx.)
- Location: Margaret River Region, WA
- Product code: PQGNEN
The Wadandi Track follows the former Busselton to Flinders Bay railway track so the terrain is mostly flat gravel track, making it ideal for a leisurely ride of about 25km. You don't even need to pedal for some of it... just roll! There is some slight undulation when you get south of Margaret River, but the eBikes make easy work of it.
Your journey starts in Cowaramup, where most of the track is shaded by tree canopy. You are accompanied by the abundant bird life and other wildlife along the way. After we pass through Margaret River, you are greeted by vistas of open farmland, vineyards and granite rock slabs.
You'll be able to see on the map image, that there are little optional 'fun diversions' along the way that your local expert guide can take you if they interest you. Whether that be wild flowers (Aug-Oct), single track through natural bush, or a caffeine fix!! : ) You pick the pace.
Then you arrive at your lunch destination, the 'Dear Darnell's' pub in Witchcliffe, where we've booked you a table to enjoy a nice refreshing drink and tasty lunch. Dear Darnells has a very unique and eclectic vibe, which keeps you entertained while enjoying your lunch. You will have the opportunity to have a stroll around Witchcliffe which offers wine tasting and coffee experiences.
After lunch, you and your bike will be picked up in Witchcliffe and taken back to your pickup location so you can enjoy your lunch without worrying about driving home.
This tour is Thursday to Sunday to match Dear Darnells opening hours. If you can only do Monday to Wednesday, but still want to enjoy this beautiful ride, we have other very pleasant loops that detour off the Wadandi track for you to enjoy. Just contact us directly to organise.

What Else Is There To Know

Mountain biking is all about being out in nature, which also means conditions are impossible to predict and out of our control. If we have to cancel due to unsafe conditions or unfavourable weather and you can't reschedule, we will refund your fee.
On Track's guides are local experts. They know lots of little point of interest diversions along the way that can be added to the tour for your enjoyment. Depending on the groups abilities, this can include wild flowers (in season, Oct), easy single track bush trail for the more adventurous rider, cafes... the list goes on.
