What Else Is There To Know?

If you're staying a bit longer and want to explore the surrounding region, the trail and brewery locations of Nannup, Dunsborough and Margaret River are also available upon request for private group booking tours.

There are some questions in the booking process to help us understand where each rider is at in terms of skill level, which helps us plan the session.

An even spread of skill level in the group works best, however if some of your riding mates are at a different skill level, our qualified skill instructors can assist and up-skill a beginner/moderate level mountain biker, while still challenging an experienced mountain biker.

Mountain biking is all about being out in nature, which also means conditions are impossible to predict and out of our control. If we have to cancel due to unsafe conditions or unfavourable weather and you can't reschedule, we will refund your fee. Or, if you agree, we can can show you around the local sights (incl wineries) before heading to the breweries.

There is a hire agreement to sign on the day that deals with any damages caused by the client during the session. There are two options if any damage is done.

1. We will keep your credit card details and charge your credit card for any damages. Your credit card details will be returned to you after the session or tour has finished. If there's no damage done, there's no extra cost.

2. Pay a $58 insurance fee which is non-refundable if no damage occurs. The risk of damage is low but can be expensive, so this option limits that risk and is available in the 'Optional Extras'.

The AusCycling Enduro national Champs are being held on these trails in October for the next 2 years, so there's no better way to suss them out than on an eBike. As a bonus, on the ride our qualified instructors will also debunk a lot of the misconceptions that are out there about eBikes and dig into how good these bikes are from a skills and enjoyment perspective. Don't ever think that the only advantage is in the climbing though... no way! Descending on an eBike is so much fun! The extra stability and grip they provide is next level so we'll look at how to take advantage of that too.
